Dr. J Hansen - Chairman of the Board of Directors and Co-Founder
Dr. J Hansen is a Co-Founder and Chairman of the Board of Directors of GRC Solutions, Inc. Prior to joining the GRC Solutions team, he was the Senior Vice President of Consulting Service for RiskWatch Inc. Other positions held by Dr. J Hansen in the security/audit industry include Senior Vice President and Chief Security Officer (CSO) of the Dyntek Corporation (A NASDAQ 100 company now located in Irvine California) and Senior Field Auditor for CanAudit,Inc. Simi Valley, California. For the past fifteen years, he has served as a board member and Sub-Chairman of the Board of Directors for CRISP Technologies, Inc., Calgary, Canada and Nice, France.

Dr. J Hansen has been a featured speaker on numerous occasions over the past two decades for ISACA worldwide conferences on Security and Privacy and IIA conferences in the USA on Security Audit of networks and mainframe systems.  He has served as the Director of the Off Campus Graduate Programs and teaching Professor in the School of Business of Southern Illinois University and Florida Gulf Coast Universities.  As an experienced senior manager, hands-on field auditor, technical presenter and university professor, Dr. J Hansen is a national and international recognized expert in information security/privacy, risk assessment and compliance auditing. Dr J earned his PhD in Administration from St Louis University, his MBA in Information Systems and his BS in Management from Southern Illinois University. Dr J was a Fellow on the Illinois Governor's Council for Computer Sciences and is a Certified Government Financial Manager, a U.S. Merchant Marine Officer and certified sea captain. Dr J's other passions include his family, playing in a Dixieland-style jazz band, catching big fish, and golfing.

Lisa H. Ambrose - President
Lisa brings to the GRC Solutions team an outstanding track record of leadership and success. As Founder, President and Chief Executive Officer of Tithe Corp., Lisa H. Ambrose founded Skil-aire's parent company in 1990. Tithe Corp. is an internationally recognized, 100% woman owned and operated HVAC manufacturer best known for innovative solutions, quality focus and humanitarian motivation. Tithe Corp. designs and manufactures sophisticated, high performance, precision environmental control equipment for use in computer rooms, telecom markets, retail spaces and for military applications. Tithe Corp. is located in a HUB Zone in Baltimore and is eligible for WBE and minority/women's set asides. Ms. Ambrose received her BA from the University of California at Berkeley and a Master of Business from NYU. Her career in the HVAC and A/E/C industry spans over twenty four years and includes mergers and acquisitions, financial modeling, project management, estimating, marketing and business development. Lisa is a Director of the Professional Women in Construction's Capital Region Chapter, PWCDC.org and is Chair of the Education Committee. Lisa lives in Naples, Florida and Washington, DC.
Michael C. Mango - Chief Executive Officer and Co-Founder
Michael brings to GRC Solutions an exceptional background, one which blends executive management, leadership, enterprise security, risk, compliance and internal audit. His technical as well as managerial expertise has led him to several industry leadership roles. Over the last thirty years Michael has held executive positions in government, industry and education leading companies in the areas of Information Security, Compliance, Risk Management, Payment Card Industry, and Digital Privacy. Michael served his country in the United States Army and retired as a career Director of Information Management Officer. Michael's accomplishments and responsibilities included managing a worldwide staff of 800, designing and testing software applications, security programs, and business continuity planning and disaster recovery programs for businesses on three continents. Michael has received his Master of Science degree in Information Assurance from Norwich University and a Bachelor of Science degree from Plymouth State University. Michael is certified by the Department of Homeland Security as a Control Systems Security Professional (CSSP) Certified Identity Protection Advisor (CIPA) and a Certified Identity Risk Manager (CIRM).
Howard E. Glavin Jr. - COO, Lead Consultant for PCI Compliance, and Co-Founder
Howard has over 40 years of security and protection experience starting with his service to his country in the United States Marine Corps and then with the Federal Bureau of Investigation as a Special Agent from 1969 to 1994. Howard was the Director of Security for CSX Corporation from 1994 to 2001, and was Principal Consultant and Global Manager of the Governance and Payment Card Industry (PCI) for Internet Security Systems (ISS) which was acquired by IBM. Howard's background at ISS/IBM brought unparalleled experience and credentials, where, under his leadership, the PCI Program grew into a global Service Offering; starting with a team of 4 and expanding to a team of over 85 worldwide. Howard's outstanding talent and work was recognized by ISS as they bestowed upon him the President's Club Award in 2002, and top 5 performer award in 200, 2004, and 2005. In 2007 Howard was awarded IBM's Leadership Award. As a consultant for ISS Howard functioned the CISO or ISO for Home Depot, State of Georgia Health Department, and SanDisk.

Howard earned his Master of Science (MS) in Computer Security from Ball State University in 1976 developing a thesis on Computer Security and Compliance with the Banking regulations. This work was developed around a risk-based approach. Howard has continued to build on this risk-based model throughout his professional career. As Chief Operations Officer for GRC, Solutions, Inc., Howard oversees and manages the GRC Solutions Consultancy group and directs the development of GRC Solutions' tools. Howard is responsible for leading the design of the Payment Card Industry solutions and other PII related solutions to ensure they not only meet, but exceed, the business needs of our clients and at the same time are in full compliance with all relevant government regulations and industry standards. Howard's diverse personal interests include his family, building stained glass windows, mixing sound for live music performances, and of course, spending time with his family.

Brian P Becker - Chief Technology Officer, Chief Systems Architect and Co-Founder
An experienced System Architect, Brian has excelled in the design and development of software that focused on risk assessment, compliance workflow and related tools. With over 33 years of software application development experience on mainframe, PC. Unix/Linux and web-based platforms, he has a proven track record for innovative application and system design. He has designed, developed, and managed the development of timely and successful solutions across a wide variety of industries including financial management, manufacturing, voice and data network design, full text management, publishing, and risk management and compliance. A sought after speaker, Brian has received international industry recognition for his innovative developments. Over the past five years Brian has worked as Chief Technical Architect specializing in developing new product features and content as well as custom solutions for individual clients for a major producer of risk assessment software.

Brian wrote his first professional software application in 1976, at the age of 15. A recipient of numerous awards and scholarships, Brian has studied computer science, information systems, and business management at the Rochester Institute of Technology, the State University of New York, and the University of Maryland. Brian has augmented his professional experience through leadership development and community service organizations and has received national recognition for his efforts. When not sitting in front of a computer, Brian enjoys spending time with his family, relearning how to play the guitar, fishing, and home improvement.
